Funny, I always thought "solid" was better than "good." Silly me.
Against these players that will only raise TT+ and AK, we can make tons of exploitive folds with hands that would be profitable against a more aggressive opponent. Money saved is money earned in this instance. We might not see the chips pile up against these opponents, but to say that we're not profiting from their mistake of playing too tight seems to me to be almost intentionally ignorant of the facts.
So smile as you fold to these player's preflop raises, because you've just exploited them.
