After a scotch or two (or 5), you don't have BR requirements. You just have an amount you're willing to lose.

pretty much spot on. You really shouldn't drink and play. I could do a pretty good PSA on this using my March play as an example. Thankfully I am playing under my roll.

you might try google's cache (though probably not for data from 2008) or something like the internet time machine.
or try to contact the author directly? i think most articles are contributed by people who also post(ed).

also, greetings from san carlos! i've seen 6 apartments in 6 neighborhoods in the past two days. so far the lead candidate is a loft space in dogpatch (fun fact: san francisco has a neighborhood called dopatch).

My impression was that it's hipster central when I visited the area in March. But you're young and (afaik) unattached, so could be a fun place for you to live. It's definitely an up-and-coming neighborhood.

the people i saw on the street seemed more like young professional couples with dogs. there were some metal-looking dudes on the corner smoking. basically, i think you're thinking of the mission  .
anyway, 4 more apartments tomorrow so we'll see how it goes.
