i haven't played a hand of NL since 2010 but I'm guessing you bet the turn for the same reason that you posted the hand in this forum.

Why bet the turn on this board - what worse is calling you? You know where three aces are (meaning unlikely villain has an A), so chances of a getting a call from a 2pr hand like AK is unlikely (not that AK or any 2pr hand should call on this board). no 3bet pre so a set vs. set seems unlikely. just to many QX out there that could call flop and pre but not 3bet. QT, KQ, AQ, QJ.

check behind turn and probably look to fold river if you don't improve.

Check turn. As played you probably aren't deep enough to draw to a boat, even if he never c/f a straight OTR.

Check back on the turn and try to hit a full house or consider a bluff catch. Sucks hard to get raised off this much clean equity.
