Don't post results.

Don't stress about a hand just because you lost.

What else do you think you should have done? Just calling the flop donk would be far too weak. BTN played his hand terribly. In a way, this hand is a win for you as you should have lost more money than you did.

Re: Microstakes - AA Line check

Thanks for the reply...so we never check/call the river when the possible flush hits?

The possible flush hit on the turn and no-one raised. So why would you check the river when you have every reason to believe that you have the best hand? Try not to be results-oriented.

Re: Microstakes - AA Line check

I think he's asking if he should have checked the turn when the flush hit and called one on the river. OP, if you'd done that and he'd flipped over KcQd how would you have felt about the hand?

Ok, now start considering hypotheticals:

What would you have done had Villan played his hand better and check-raised you on the turn? Or played it even better than that and check-raised you on the river?

If he had check-raised me on turn i would have folded the hand on the river i would have made a crying call...is that just to weak at lowstakes?

If he c/r the river, you'd be getting about 17:1. Despite the paired board and the flush, I don't think I can fold for that price.

How come your stack size is about about k2000 and the other players are much, much smaller? Did you sit down with all those chips or win them all?
