70,9kg (pace 70,6kg).

Still... Shouldn't be a problem

Well - I ended the last post with Week 6 a somewhat bad setback. Goal weight was supposed to be 197.9, but I hit 203.2.

So - concerted effort over the last two weeks. Spent more time in the gym, sometimes 2 workouts per day. Saw results in the first week, but slowed in the beginning of the second week. Started paying more attention to my food intake in the tail end of week 2.

Week 7
- Start wt = 203.2
- Target wt = 195.5
- End wt = 196.6

Week 8
- Start wt = 196.6
- Target wt = 193.2
- End wt = 194.0


So - I'm almost back on track. This is also the first time I've been within 10 lbs of my overall goal weight (185), which is vaguely exciting. 4+ weeks to go, so still a fair bit of effort ahead. Biggest challenge is an upcoming birthday!

p.s. CoreySteel - you're only off by 300g. Seriously, I can lose three times that in one gym session, just through sweat/respiration loss! (Comes back, of course, but if you just need to make final weight....)

Only 5 lbs, but the last month I've managed to acquire a beautiful young girlfriend so have been busy and just maintained... Though it doesn't excuse the first 60 days of laziness

She does love my giantness though so while still plan on dropping some massive LBs for health sake it's not a crazy priority anymore

My weigh in is on Saturday or Sunday. We have one other past due but I am hoping he did the same as you.

As for me, I seem to have a hit a plateau lately, and am having to ramp things up to make headway. The weekly start and end weights mask some upward swings that got me as high as 198 lbs.

Last reported stuff was
Week 8
- Start wt = 196.6
- Target wt = 193.2
- End wt = 194.0

The weeks since have been
Week 9
Start - 194
Target - 190.9
End - 196.6


Week 10
Start - 196.6
Target - 188.8
End - 194.2


Week 11
Start - 194.2
Target - 186.8
End - 192

This puts me about 5 pounds behind schedule, and about 7 lbs from the overall target, which I think is manageable given that I have just under 2 weeks left. Still, it ain't going to be pleasant. Have increased to 2 workouts per day again and restricting food a bit more diligently.

Bleh.
