Since I have just started taking seriously online poker, I have started at NL2 and these are some mine hands that I think I could play better. How would you play it?

This guy mall8 had just sat down so I didn't have any stats 'bout him. I know that I played terribly, I was suspicious about his turn bet and than check on the river so that's why I raised river, even though that's not the good enough reason to raise...I think I should played more aggressively flop and take him out.

How do you play in these situations? Would you even call a preflop raise?..But let's say that u called,like me, is than OK to call CBet on this kinda flop when we have a lot of outs?
