welcome to the forums.

generally speaking you want dont want to slowplay big hands at low stakes because even though sometiems they all fold without putting in much money, the times they have a 2nd best hand they like win you huge pots. also dont slowplay on drawy boards.

now, in this hand you have UTG who is shortstacked and probably prone to stacking off with a peice of the board since he 3 bet the flop. his turn fold is unexpected imo. additionally you have a 3rd player who stuck round to the turn so yeah, bet. it could get interesting if you get raised on the turn.
