Nope. I saw the photo he posted but don't remember what it was (it's hell getting old) but that wasn't it.

Doc

P.S. I got an infraction point once in 8/2009 and a temp-ban from Wookie for posting "first" in NC Thread before I knew it was a no-no.

Google image search "evolution by country" and you'll see some. They played on racial stereotypes, but I don't think they were that bad.

(Then again, I thought the "Two Wongs Make it White" T-shirt wasn't that bad, either. I'm so racist against Chinese people.)

I got temp banned by Wookie one time because I laughed about not being online and missing out when he was doing one of his drunken mass banaments the night before.

Re: Any Higher and I'd Be As Baked As Tyler (NC Thread)

Students graduate from law school and can't find a job. So they sue their alma mater and lose.

http://www.insidecounsel.com/2012/07...-grads-lawsuit

The full opinion is here: http://online.wsj.com/public/resourc...leyopinion.pdf

Quote:
In addition, Plaintiffs unreasonably relied on the “percentage of graduates employed” statistic to include only graduates who were employed in full time legal positions. First, the statistic’s descriptor–“percentage of graduates employed”–does not distinguish between legal or non-legal, and full-time or temporary positions. Second, the Employment Reports expressly state that many Cooley graduates were “self employed” solo practitioners; it is unreasonable to think that all self-employed graduates from arguably the lowest-ranked law school in the country have bustling full-time legal practices immediately upon graduation. Third, and perhaps most importantly, “basic deductive reasoning,” informs a reasonable person that the employment statistic includes all employed graduates, not just those who obtained or started full-time legal positions.
Is this a law school win or law school fail?

total law school fail! Any good law school's students would have won that case! LOL

On a serious note, these people should have their rights to practice law revoked!

Not to worry. If they haven't gotten a job, they probably haven't passed the bar anywhere.

Ahh...

Trex is a good little boy (wes he is!!!). I don't appear to have any scary number at the bottom of my UCP. I've only had one 24-hour temp ban that I recall, perhaps not worthy of any infraction points.

Not to keep stirring the sleeping dog, but can I ask what Dragon posted that was so offensive? All I saw was the thread about removing a tattoo with goat's milk, then the accusations of non-PC racism (maybe I'm just dense, but I didn't see the racial relevence of the tattoo thingy).
