Exaggerated bell sleeves. I think bell sleeves are bad enough, but the trend seems to keep making them bigger and more gaudy.

Probably already mentioned, but high waisted shorts and pants are the worst. Looks really dumb to wear a short shirt with pants/shorts that go all the way up and over the navel.

I really hate the long sleeve tops that have the shoulder/arm part cut out. I hate those the most.
