A schizophrenic walks up to you and says: "If you can prove you are not a delusion, I will give you $1000. If you cannot prove your existence, you owe me $1000.” You accept the challenge. What do you do? You cannot take the money by force.

Give me your best OOT!

I would show him state issued identification such as a drivers permit or passport.

"You can't see a delusion, so I'm more like a hallucination."

I'd probably piss on the guy and run away. I wouldn't get paid, but he's a known crackpot and the cops won't believe his story anyway.

I don't know if schizophrenics have olfactory hallucinations, so that might actually work.

If I'm not real, how can I give him money? How could the money be real?

Tell him to **** off. Schizophrenics can't just come up to me in the street and demand $1000 if I can't arrive at a proof for something people much smarter than I have been pursuing for a few thousand years.
