main two words for weed/smoking: got any "bud?" - lets go "blaze"

lately just as a joke all of my friends have been saying "lets murk" as a term for smoking cause one of our buddies actually started saying the word seriously. he hangs out with our group sometimes but isn't really good friends with any of us, sells weed & hangs with the "tough" kids at his school, so when he first started saying it we thought it was absolutely hilarious and started using it just to make fun of him. if he was around we'd be like " yoooo lets go meeerkkkk " in such a sarcastic way and i think he actually thought we were serious about it.

Merc'd was slang for killed like ten years ago

I used to call smoking "playing video games" and if I made a call to pick up I asked if they had a video game I could borrow (high school). In college, I started calling weed/consumption "jam." "hey you wanna go jam?"

around 8th grade my friends called it "dew" because that's how they thought weed would be pronounced if you spelled it backwards.

these days we say "wanna get stuck?" or "let's get stuck" for the times when we smoke a bunch and can't/don't want to move... stuck.

My buddy got me started calling it "hooch," which i like since the word came from illegal liquor. See, liquor used to be illegal, just as marijuana is now. however, liquor is legal now, but marijuana is not. so now, using the word "hooch" for marijuana is apropos. you are all welcome for the explanation. yes i am baked right now. that is all.

weed, pot, marijuana, occasionally someone will refer to it as bud,ganj or reefer.

We're pretty crazy round these parts.

spiff, not splif. as in spaceman spiff. We even named the dog spiff, for some stupid reason, probably all the spiff. Its nice to have all the haze so far behind, so many important things left undone, or done all spiffed out.

well back in high school it was called math homework. so i would tell the parents hey im going to meet up with my friends to do math homework. no math homework was ever done.

now i just call it whatever i feel like at the time.
