I have to go take the drug test within 24 hours. I don't smoke pot or do drugs, but my room mate does and I have been exposed to the second hand smoke. Should I be concerned at all? Is it possible to test positive from exposure without smoking myself?

Well you obviously are concerned, but I don't necessarily think you should be. A lot of this would depend on how much second hand smoke you get. Like if ya'll sit in a little room and he just hotboxes the **** out of it, then yea you may have problems. If not, then your probably cool.

Again, it would probably depend on the level of exposure. If you are really worried, go to a smoke shop and drop 20 bucks on a clean out kit.

My gut says you are probably in the clear, but like I said if you are concerned it might help alleviate your fears to clean out your system by way of one of the myriad products designed to do this.

You could read all the responses saying that it won't be a problem, or you could, if you wanted to ease your mind, buy a home drug test kit from CVS/walgreens and test yourself.

If you are worried, drink a ton of water tomorrow, don't test first piss of the day. Only put midstream in the cup, and if you really want to make it good, take Vitamin B-12 and creatine to ensure you don't get a dilution mark and have to restest.

I can't bold the b-12 part enough. It will make your urine yellow as hell no matter how much water you drank and they will be less likely to suspect dilution. Also, take 4 aspirins every hour starting 3 hours prior to the test.

The truth is that you probably would pass anyways though. Have you ever actually felt high from the exposure? If not, I would say 99% you're passing anyways but if you want that to become 100% do the water + b12 + aspirin trick. Cheech and Chong would pass drug tests with that trick.
