Similar to this, I created a fake transcript to get a job. I had to make an "unofficial" one (no watermark), so I just told them that I had a dispute about my final tuition payment, so they wouldn't release the official version.

This might be the stupidest lie. If you get caught it the lie it makes proving your innocence so difficult.

Other than that, I told a very jealous gf before when I was sick of cheating accusations - that I had ****ed 3 hookers on some trip and that I had secretly been having an affair with my best friend's girl ever since we met. Evening didn't end pretty.
