Not to turn this into a Guinness thread, but this is also false. It just has lower levels of carbonation. It does use nitrogen, but it's still is carbonated. The gas used for dispensing it is aptly named 'beer gas.' I don't know what the mixture is, but I do think that most of the gas that ends up actually being dissolved in the beer is CO2, even though the levels of gas in the mixture are on the same order of magnitude. My guess is RDH will show up and set us straight.
