I have the same problem with t-shirts, medium is too small and large is a little too big. Thinking of starting a t-shirt brand called Largeium that will only offer one size.

These guys are complaining they can't find socks that fit, I don't figure they're shopping anyplace fancier than WalMart or JCPenny...

I got that ticket years ago. They had to check the other box on the ticket and write in "left to curb"

Driving around a lot to find a good parking spot is the worst, and a lot of people I know do it. I'm completely in the camp that parks in the first fairly close spot and don't give a flying F if it means walking an extra 75 feet. What's surprising is most of the people I know who drive around looking for that one "sweet spot" aren't FATS.

Parking spots - I knew a girl that would just stop in the lane close to a door she wanted to go in and wait for a close spot to open up. She was a fatty.

I was sufficiently militant about this in college that a number of friends invited me to brunch and had a prop bet amongst themselves as to how many times they could drive around the block passing up parking spaces until I lost patience and jumped out of the car. Answer: two.

In my world , if you don't park in the first available spot , you might be driving around for half an hour until you find the next spot.
