See, if he continues passing other cars he's just going about his business. If he parks in front of me then that means he was happy *enough* to get in my way and nothing else. He may even slow down at that point even slower than the car in front and causing me to have to slow down for literally no reason other than him hurrying to get in front of me--and he would be in exactly the same spot as if he'd pulled in behind me! At least when he goes on passing I don't have to try to...psychoanalyze him; he's just in a hurry.
