There's this lady at my bank that looks like Elaine Benes and is always in a cheerful mode. It drives me nuts whenever I have to deal with her. She always has this smile on her face like she just told the punchline to a bad joke. If you don't laugh at her jokes she'll smile and point at you and say "Ahhhhh hhahahaha I see that smile". When I walk in and it's empty she'll scream from across the room "Bannnneeddddddd how are you?!" I understand what she's going for but JFC lady give it a break.

Do people think it's weird that she calls you Banned?

lol, I came to bitch about BOA ATMs.

which recently made a change to hold your debit card until the transaction is entered. i'm not sure how this improves security. but there is only a 5-second window between spitting out your card and receiving the cash. it's always a rush to get my card back into my wallet.
