When his studio is fronting the money he has a huge amount of creative input discretion. All his studio's movies have that feel of: (1) CGI overkill (which turtles will have i guarantee it), (2) blowing a ton of random sh*t up, (3) some hot trainwreck in trouble, (4) everything and everyone is oversized.
And in probably 50% of them you will have some Goo Goo Dolls song featured in it....
