The reason I am only interested in a majority ownership stake is that you live a pretty volatile life. It seems quite likely that you might end up losing the business somehow in the course of your adventures. Therefore I would need to maintain a controlling interest to secure my investment.

I am not trying to push out the inventor, I just need to protect my investment. You have managed to get all sorts of stuff stolen/lost/scammed/whatever. I cannot take that risk on an investment, so I need to have controlling interest.

My time is very valuable and I can't waste the time and money to check this stuff out without a guarantee that you're serious and won't bipolar me at the last second. Normally I would ask for a guarantee of at least $5,000 at this step. In good faith I am merely requiring a token payment of $500 from you.

As for the emissary, he's none of your concern and has been dealt with already.

I will take the two units on the same conditions as El D, however since I'm not operating in USD I would like to fix our USD/NOK rate so I don't get burned by the exchange rate.
