This is the biggest douchebag, worthless, ******ed question ever. I never know why employers ask it. Are they expecting an honest answer? Maybe they're just seeing how great of a bull****ter you are.
I was asked this question at my first and only interview ever. It completely caught me off guard. I played it off like a joke and said, "Wow......what a question.............you know what? i don't have a weakness. I am absolutely perfect at
everything." The girl thought it was pretty funny, I got the job, and the rest is history.
