Britain doesnt have much Spanish language in it as we dont have widespread immigration from Latin American nations or Spain itself. I think the last time i heard the language in real life was in uni over half a decade ago when my neighbours were from Spain and ive never seen it on TV except for watching US imports. I maybe did see or hear the word before, but wouldnt have remembered were it not hammered home, similar to hermano via Arrested Development.

5 years of German, 2 years of French. Not that i remember much beyond the basics anymore.

And yeah, WWF doesnt like EIN, or NEIN as i found out in a recent move.

Right, it's only going to take foreign words that have actually become commonly used in English (like some foods, for example).

Wait, I thought it meant Jeff.

That one seems a little borderline, but it only has to become part of American slang to the point where it makes it into a couple of dictionaries (IIRC, for it to be legal in Scrabble it needs to be present in two out of five major ones, not sure what the criteria is for WWF).

I just want to post that I have played two games in row against Yeti where I've come back from 50+ down to win on the last move because of the tiles left in Yeti's rack. I may be the greatest clutch WWF player of all time.
