I think next tournament, I'll set a ~3 week time limit on the round robin stage. After that, results will be locked. If you haven't completed 90% of your games, you are immediately disqualified and your results removed. If you have 90% but not all your games, you move on but your seed will likely be slightly lower than it should be, given that you've played fewer games. I think ~3 weeks is enough time to play ~25 games, even of you don't have time to play everyday.

Is 'Flow Free' by big duck games the right one?

Just had my biggest round 2 ever... 102 words for just over 1600 pts. I used to be ecstatic when I broke 700-900 and it's been 1000 a bunch recently but 1600 is by far a monster for me at least in round 2

I do like the format, it's fun and competitive. Ericrosen and prime time are legit, where did they come from? I haven't played great but good enough to not demote I think.

It does suck that its taking so long for round robin of tournament to finish. I have sent out a bunch of reminders; seems like we're close now but really we should have been all finished a week ago. I'm really looking forward to the double elimination though.
Managed to finish my tournament games in 3 days Was happy to break 50% after a pretty rough start, although I actually think I improved a lot in the last few days.

EricRosen is a chess player, you can probably just google his name for more info. Primetime I have no idea, he was reading this thread when I was looking for opponents, challenged me, and did pretty well, so I put him in Group 1.

I agree it was really fun and competitive. Felt like a big effort to win a single game....could never take it easy....always made sure conditions were as perfect as possible before starting one of the tournament games Looking forward already to Season 2!

Had my first 1k+ round in round 1, also with a personal-high of 140 words, I'm sure by the time I can hit 170 consistently like chronick they'll be at 220 words

Shhh, keep the myth alive it might make people play worse against me. Honestly I've only been over 160 like 10 times. 170-something once and 192 once.

I'm very okay with it. Main thing I'm looking for is the auto-sorting. I tried playing around with it, but couldn't make it happen. Just let me know when you're able and I'll give you permissions to edit the pages you need.
