He was a 17 year old Aussie kid who had 2 heart transplants but his body rejected both of them. He died yesterday. The Youtube video in the OP was his goodbye message from a few weeks back.

He has been in the media a fair bit over here in the last few weeks but I doubt any non-Aussie would know who he is or care so not sure why this thread exists.

And in other news, over 20,000 children from all over the world also died today, just as it happens everyday. The vast majority of them died of nothing so fancy as multiple heart surgery failures, but of simply not having enough to eat. RIP to them too, even though they didn't have their own youtube channels.
