Yeah, they should have just ended it after that video. every time they came back from (numerous) commercials and it was another skit was cringe time.

but...the videos that have been posted to youtube in the past 48 hours...****ing gold.

I looked at Prince's discography. He released 37 albums in 38 years. Is there another major artist that has a comparable output?

Don't forget about the "vault" at Paisley Park rumored to contained thousands of unreleased songs.

I didn't follow prince at all. I was like 85% sure he was gay or bi. When I read his wiki page all it did was talk about the girls he dated and married and nothing about guys.

That left me confused.

Yeah didn't follow prince (thought little red Corvette was a beach boys song lolme) at all and was shocked to learn he was straight.

Cause of death still unknown? Pretty long time to not have the information released or leaked for a celebrity

My mom, Apollonia, who had me when she was 12, said he was my father.

The show "New Girl" re-ran the Prince episode last night. There were a couple Prince ping-pong scenes. He was fantastic in the episode.

The forensic pathologists are going to be cautious, but the case will be expedited. They will have to process and look at microscopic sections, which can be done in less than a week, but if special stains for things like fungi and TB are needed, a couple more days. Even the fastest of expedited toxicology will take a week or two. They will probably insist on reviewing medical records. To confirm or quash HIV rumors they will have to do that test probably.

And they are not necessarily an independent agency, the results may have to be reviewed by other jurisdictional agencies first, like police and DA, before dissemination to the public. And then they have to consider the rights of the family, as well as what ever lawyers have their nose in this.

What is important to them is to be complete and as accurate as possible, they won't have the chance to go back. The group that is handling his exam, headed by Dr. Strobl, for Carver County, are very good and will do a fast as possible, comprehensive exam.

He's already been cremated.

During the autopsy exam you retain all material needed for diagnosis of cause of death. I don't care if they are going to cremate the body, anything I need for current or future study stays with me, it usually is no more than a quart jar and a few test tubes.

Of course cremation rules out a second autopsy, but most times you see those done its to answer the question "was a proper autopsy done in the first place?". If a competent office did the exam, second autopsy's are way overrated.

As an aside, MJs post was given the "celebrity" protocol; they had his heart examined by a cardiac pathologist, his lungs by a pulmonary pathologist, brain by a neuropathologist, even his teeth were examined by a forensic odontologist. All when they probably knew his cause of death was going to be drug related. They are a little paranoid of the second autopsy syndrome out there I guess. In order to do that his body was released originally without the heart, lungs, or brain. No wonder they didn't permanently inter him until all those organs were returned.

Why a celebrity dying of AIDS would be more newsworthy than if they had arthritis...what a time to be alive
