out now on spotify, apple etc and needless to say it is absolutely wonderful
I love it too but I don't get all the stuff about him being a singer now. I mean in regard to the way they're calling or marketing it. Because it sounds like every other young thug album which isnt a bad thing at all

yeah singing album is a stretch, but for sure more singing than before. more poppy too but thugger such a genuine weirdo he probably won't chart with any song on here, maybe relationship or she wanna party with some luck
This is still one of my favorite releases of 2017. Such an easy listen. Playboi Carti has an intangible that a lot of these new rappers don't. Magnolia is one of my favorite songs of the year.
Big Fish Theory - Only listened through it once so far. Liked it but it isn't conducive to my 10 minutes commute in the morning/evening. Waiting for a long road trip tp spin it 4 or 5 times in a row.
Thugger girls - I'm a recent Young thug convert. I loved Jeffery. I love this too. I don't know if it reaches the highs of Jeffery (Wycleaf Jean is one of my favourite songs from the last few years), but it is consistently excellent. I believe Young Thug is his own musical genre. I was trying to explain to one of my best friend (who is an old school hip hop head who hates most new stuff) how great thugger is. And he wouldn't give it a go because he hates trap rappers. I barely even consider thug a rapper at this point. He just does his thing and it is awesome.
no real bangers or anything that has me sticking it on repeat. Marcy Me was the one that stood out the most initially after 1.5x through and maybe some solo play. overall, good cd to vibe to, classic J. So sick he is still putting out solid music IMO, well over twenty years.
listen to it the first time through today as a whole, on my walk, and simply thought about the changes in production over that course of time. i grew up on the older Jay. My first thoughts of Jay are hard knock life and that album. But even then, i was young, so i knew hits from that era. i still dont know his reasonable doubt album, like at all, i dont think, and some of the older stuff i may be more limited to, but the dude is great, hard to knock J

+1 to bolded. Magnolia is a straight trap rap club banger! Was hooked on it the first time I heard it. Sic track. Club banger track of the year for me so far.
