Used to be and said H20 on them. Now they are just clear plastic cups.

LOL @ Trump abusing the system, I work at a Jimmy John's in Tallahassee Fl and many of our customers are college students and this frequently comes up. Personally I don't really care all that much but my manager is very good at spotting when customers try to get free soda he says the water tab on our soda fountain makes much less noise than the soda dispensers because water doesn't engage the CO2 system and that is usually what alerts him to thievery. I'll try and busy someone just for kicks sometime soon.

Stealing soda and drinking it is enough punishment itself.

Poor stupid people drink soda, I see soda and the like as a natural way of distingiushing between the consumer slaves and the cool people. People who drink lots of soda usually seem to have less self discipline on all levles and their brains are much less developed usually hand and hand with a less developed body as well. The non soda drinkers are a much more refined group that lean towards the delaying of gratification that leads to self discipline.

These restraunt's know the truth, so they give out free cups so that the more educated and refined and easily pick out the moronic and those that lack basic discplines a free hominid needs so as to not pollute ourselves with the toxicity those slaves inevitably throw your way. Nay this is not about soda, this is about free hominids not being exposed to their comsumeritic enslaved counterpart that so easily pollute the universe around them.

Be safe bros and be wary of such enslaved homimids for they will always want to share that which enslaves them....... hey misery loves company

He's also the guy that went as hard in the paint as possible insisting that Ronda Rousey could beat Floyd Mayweather.

Man arrested after putting soda in water cup at McDonald's, police say

http://abc7.com/news/man-arrested-af...e-say/1301790/

SPRINGDALE, Ark. --
An Arkansas man was arrested on Monday for putting soda in a water cup at a McDonald's, refusing to return the drink and fleeing, according to KHBS-TV.

The manager at the restaurant called police to report a robbery after three men allegedly ordered large waters in the drive-through, dumped them out, went back inside and filled them with soda.

Two of the men returned their drinks, but police said 18-year-old Cody Morris reportedly fled.

Officials stated Morris hit the manager twice with his car when the man tried to block his escape.

Police located Morris' car at a nearby bowling alley. He was charged with felony robbery and was released on $2,500 bond.

Yeah, the battery has to be the aggravating factor that caused it to become a felony.

Personally I don't think it should be a crime to hit someone with your car after they delibeately step in front of it. Anyone?

So if a bank robber runs over and kills a security guard when the security guard steps in front of the getaway car to stop the robber there should be no additional charges?

No, I really don't think so. If you are stupid enough to jump in front of a moving car inthe hopes it will stop someone who just robbed a bank, that's your fault when you get run over.

Of course in this case it is even crazier, jumping in front of a car to stop the theft of a $1 item, which cannot be resold even if recovered.

Think hard about how much you really like the natural conclusions of the logic of "victim was stupid and put themselves in a bad position, therefore the illegal act should be legal."
