I was wondering if the penis size can only be inherited from a father? Or can you inherit the genes from your mother (like the size of her penis if she was born a male)?

I thought of this randomly in class today and was interested. Thanks.

Clearly you have no understanding of biology. Really the only thing that Y chromosome (the one inherited only from the father) does is put the fetal gonads on the track to developing into testes, and then the released testosterone starts other male-making processes. Like practically everything else, penis size is probably influenced by interactions of many genes from both parents, as well as environmental factors.

If your question starts out "is there a gene for...?" the answer is probably no. Genetics is way more complicated that this ******ed 1:1 gene-character ratio that everyone imagines.
