I'm not sure why you have decided to take a side, but I think you're not being objective here. The truth always lies somewhere in the middle of both stories.
From what I have read, he attempted to take her picture and continued to do so despite her protests which led to her hitting him, and general unpleasantries were shared by both parties. Did he just try to take a picture and nothing more? Probably not, I'm sure he at least scoffed at her protests, and possibly insulted her. Does that give her the right to assault him? I would say no, as would the law, but I understand her frustration. Reminds me of the
Surveillance Camera Man, which I wholeheartedly disagree with.
As far as I can tell, both parties were wrong here, he shouldn't have messed with her and ranted about it, and she most definitely shouldn't have hit him. As far as justifying the negative behaviours, I can't understand the logic behind it.
