It'll be interesting to hear what they have to say on satellite tomorrow.

How will "The Virus" fill in the extra 9+ hours that used to be taken up by running and re-running the 3 hours of O&A at K-Rock? Repeats of Ron and Fez?

i download the show everyday anyways, so i wasn't helping with listenership at all.

k rock is stupid, yeah we need another top 40 channel- that'll work.

Such a bunch of crap.

btw i went to the studio about a week ago for the xm show- pretty good time watching it in person.

This isn't unexpected. Karmazin doesn't like sharing talent with terrestrial and terrestrial radio has no money.

I think they'll do 4-5 hours on XM. I really hope they move back to afternoons and take more callers. The callers were funny as **** on the WNEW show and Anthony can start drinking during the show again.

Btw, the XM sidebar gadget is the nuts.

I haven't listened to O+A regularly for years, but I heard about the fight, so I checked it out. I don't think it was staged, although sometimes they do seem to push the issue.

Still enjoy this show...too bad their audience got decimated when they went satellite-only. The callers were always a huge part of the show (even the ones that hated the show and O&A would leave them on the air to fight with them for an hour).

I liked the bit today with the guys playing their old embarrassing airchecks and demos and stuff. Next week they're supposed to have tapes of Anthony singing some awful power ballad, and footage of Danny appearing on Romper Room as a kid.

R&F - I do miss Dave, but still find the show listenable. Ron is a comic genius, he doesn't really need a second mike.

Sure, but it helps if there's someone competent to play off of...problem is, right now, Fez just seems to be a mess of a human being, and he drags the show down. I truly hope he gets his **** together at some point, but when he freaks out or starts crying on the air I just want to turn it off.
