Dimmu Borgir sucked, Cradle of filth sucked

Hail Of Bullets - On Divine Winds is my favourite at the moment. It didn't convince me right away, but started to grow after few spins. Nothing new, but one of the best death metal bands at the moment. At least Bolt Thrower fans should check them out.

Heathen - Evolution of Chaos is another strong candidate. Probably the best bay area thrash album since Testament's The Gathering.
