I don't know about extra set of cables, but definitely run an extra string/twine for pulling more cables in the future. If you use that extra string to pull cables, pull a new extra string through

Best way to understand finance and valuation theory for amateurs is to read these:
http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/
I don't know if he has vids, but he is an amazing lecturer. He did some consulting for a firm I previously worked for and I was incredibly impressed by him.

Re: OOT Life Tricks
Always move the shower curtain all the way to the end of the tub when you're done. Ie don't let it bunch up on one end, make sure it's totally spread out. This will help keep mold away.
Mold likes dark, wet places. Making the shower curtain spread out means more light gets in there (the bunched up part creates little dark crevices if you don't do this) and helps the shower curtain dry faster.

Re: OOT Life Tricks
Set your alarm clock time 30-50 mintes ahead. Set the alarm time to the time you want to get up. When you hear the alarm, you can sleep for an extra 30-50 minutes without being late for whatever.

I'd say the opposite . I choose to always get up as soon as my alarm clock goes off and have the extra 30 minutes sleep.

At least for me, this is a really bad idea. Short bits of sleep like that make me feel like **** all day. I'd be happier just waking up a half hour early as opposed to waking up a half hour early, going to sleep, then waking up again.

Re: OOT Life Tricks
Can we move rebuyboy's post from the "OOT Life Tricks" to the, "This (may or may not) work because of my own retarded and lazy idiosyncrasies" thread? I just love how he's expecting to be fooled by his own clock that he purposely ****ed up. "Oh man, wha? Time to get up already? Wow, crazy. Maybe I should snooze for 50 minutes..." <later that day> "I had a phone interview at 3PM, but my clock says it's 3:30PM and no call, I guess I'll go get a double dip cone somewhere."

Or you can keep the time as is and just set the alarm early?
seems much simpler this way

Re: OOT Life Tricks
Not sure if this works anymore as Im too lazy to check...
Order internet through your local cable service, then after installed simply split the feed and you can get free basic cable through same feed

You could yell LOLDONKAMENTS and get the same result.
