Got some bleacher work in today: 12 tallish steps up and down X 8 across X 3 times and also fast-walked around track 3-4 times in between.

Funny MFP story for later, but no time now. Been drinking beer this weekend, but tracking now and 4th weekend so not gonna nit it up. Have already removed boredom beers, not hard at all. Big weight fluxuations the last few days, but rang in at 231 before showering after workout lololol sustainable!

So I loaded MFP on my phone and was starting an account and put my dump email in and I already had an account. I logged in and it was from 2012 I think when I got some inspiration from the YTF thread. It turns out my new goal weight is my old weight weight har.
I was in at 202 and going to 185. Sheeeeeit.

I guess I will start semi-posting my dailies, which could be good for some laughs. This weekend is probably a good example, but it was also the 4th. Here we go...

I think my number is 2390 daily to lose 1.5 a week from 235--->200. I'm not really using that as something to hit though, I want to go much lower often. These are my MFP entries and I will put a contingency fudge factor round-up in parentheses. I'm being as honest as I can, but I don't weigh stuff. I'm my own toughest critic though, and like to round up.

I personally think that is pretty killing it for 4th of July weekend, especially that last day. MLY def got unlucky with that day.

I'm trying to embrace the hunger, while also passing on a lot of stuff I would normally not pass on. So far so good, but we're talking 4 days in, talk to me in 2 months ha.

You left 3/4's of a 5guys burger? That's just showing off.

Did GCDS eat the rest?

I find it interesting that the contents of what MLYLT is eating, not the quantity, is moving the line here.

I suspect MLYLT is undervalued in the market. Not sure she'll win due to other factors (27o seems to have the WIM), but she's probably the better value bet.

Now that USA#1 Anniversary Day has come and gone we should be getting a better idea over the next couple of weeks of what each participants meal make-up and intake is. THAT might influence the line. Right now, just not enough clear information imo.

He might have more success in the short term, but I'll have more success in the long run. I'm not trying to just cut out my normal habits (like 27s beer drinking), I making permanent habit changes including how I cook and my daily routine. He's a sprinter and I'm a marathoner.....we all know that slow and steady wins the race. While you might get lucky playing every hand, you always lose in the end.

All,

From watching very little of The Biggest Loser, I feel like the fatter you start out, the better your (at least initial) results are even adjusted to % of body weight lost.

That is, it appears "easier" for a 600 pound person to lose 10% of their body weight than a 200 pounder.

Are you referring to the tacos, or to the chocolate chip pancakes? Or is it the pepperoni pizza? The hot dog? Oh wait, it must be the 2630 cals of cheese in the squash(lol) lasagna.

Me reading MLY's H&F log:

I was staying at my sisters over the weekend and went to a party. You have to look at my overall food changes and new cooking patterns. The lasagna was made out of squash and is only 525 per serving. I only plan to eat a half serving each time. And, I plan to eat lots of veggies, salmon and tuna. I'm changing my life not just cutting beer and starving myself for a month; you should be scared of losing!

At least we're starting to get some decent trash talk going now!
