I'm not trying to be malicious but weighing 281 as a woman seems severely unhealthy and I'm interested in how it got that far. Again not being mean I'm just curious.
So we have 12 months of attempted weight loss between the two of them. I setting the over/under on total number of months someone loses weight for that month at 6.5.
Why haven't you tried to lose weight before? If you have tried before, what prevented you from sticking with it? What is motivating you this time to stick with it and go 6 months of trying to lose weight?
