OOT Fat Off aka MLYLT containment thread OOT Fat Off aka MLYLT containment thread

July 1 - Dec 31

$50/month to winner.

% weight lost wins: weight lost / starting weight each month = % lost = winner

If anyone would like to wager on the side, feel free to ask the combatants any questions that will better help you make an educated wager.

I will weigh in later today, as will MLYLT. We will then weigh in at the 1st of every month. Timestamped weights required when necessary.

How much have you gained/lost since the bet was proposed?
07-01-2016 , 12:52 AM
How I will win:

-when I cut out beer, it is all over. I will literally melt pounds off with ease.
-when I exercise, it is all over. Minimal exertion will reap benefits. I plan on maximal exertion.
-when I eat right, it is all over. I love cottage cheese and will probably make it my go-to lunch. I'll glop up 2 cups every day thinking of MLYLT.
-when I don't eat past 8pm, it is all over. Water after 8.
-when I cut out bread and sugar, it is all over. At this point it is just all over.

End of story.

I have gained/lost zero from my original weight estimate, which was 235:

I'm currently at 281.6 I think. I'll post a pic tmrw when I get home.

My plan:

-cut out all sodas; even diet.
-eat only 1400 cals/day
-cut out all fast food
-exercise 3days/week and walk every night.

It's on 27!!!

Would be easy to hold dumbbells in this type of event when taking your starting photo. These posters won't because their honest, but it's a good idea for the everyday scams thread.

I've already alluded to that. Need to probably do video step-ons in the future, just for integrity's sake.

Do do you have a moment to talk about our lord and savior, Ketosis?

Think it is pretty close since MLYLT is a female and has the opportunity to lose significantly more.

Looking to take action on 27's side.

in b4 one of the contestants gains weight.

gl to both.

you gotta cut out french fries

once you cut out french fries it's all over
07-01-2016 , 01:59 AM
and cheese pizza, too

they fool you into thinking it's no calories because it's technically no toppings, but in fact it's extremely fattening anyway

good luck to both of you!

Jesus Christ. I'd bet on this guy.

I'm not interested in betting but as a spectator can we get some history or more details like height?

I'm not trying to be malicious but weighing 281 as a woman seems severely unhealthy and I'm interested in how it got that far. Again not being mean I'm just curious.

Yep. MLYLT only had to post once to convince me it is all over.
07-01-2016 , 06:29 AM
What are the heights and builds of the contestants? When was the last time each contestant exercised more than 1x/week?
07-01-2016 , 06:59 AM
I won't bet on this, but good luck to both.

So we have 12 months of attempted weight loss between the two of them. I setting the over/under on total number of months someone loses weight for that month at 6.5.
07-01-2016 , 07:43 AM
MLYLT,

Why haven't you tried to lose weight before? If you have tried before, what prevented you from sticking with it? What is motivating you this time to stick with it and go 6 months of trying to lose weight?
07-01-2016 , 07:45 AM
MLYLT, are you weighing your food with a digital scale?

This looks like someone that will try to implement too many changes too fast and will give up within a month.

Only one of the two will be sad when losing her/his chesticles...
Only one was drunk when making this bet...
