I suggest we have both competitors purchase the same scale off of Amazon and weigh in at exactly the same time of day.

I have this scale and it seems solid and is currently $18 on prime - https://www.amazon.com/Etekcity-Digi...=digital+scale

I suggest between 6pm-10pm EST for the weigh ins.

That should allow enough buffer to be possible while still being accurate enough.

Start weight is either the average of those 3 days or the lowest weight of those three days (whichever you guys agree).

Is the morning an easier time for people to be 100% consistent with than the afternoon?

Probably.

27,

Nice work on the side salad. What was for lunch?

Not really feeling the 3 day weigh in stuff. Seems unnecessary.

Whats wrong with just weighing in at a specified date/time? Just do that weekly or something.

I don't think I have any set plans all weekend, which will translate into yard work, pitching BP, maybe hike a nearby abandoned ski slope a few times with my keeds. Football is right around the corner! I'll def have a few beers too. Maybe get some tracking going too, we'll see.

daryn you are welcome to do a separate bet with MLY, but you are too weirdly dense for my liking.

Any scale using springs is the lol. Scales need to be balance type.
07-01-2016 , 04:04 PM
you guys gotta both get that $100 Withings wifi scale and set up profiles and make them public and weigh in every day and we can all track your weight, BMI, fat %, everything. everyone can know everything every day. it's the most scientific option
