Here's a simple and tasty sloppy joe recipe:

2 lbs ground round
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup brown sugar
14 oz ketchup
1 T mustard
1 10 oz can chicken gumbo soup

Brown and drain the beef. Toss in the onion and cook for about 10 mins. Then combine the rest of the ingredients and stir. I like to let it simmer for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy.

















Spice it up with jalapeno, cayenne, etc...

Get 8 tortilla spread some BBQ sauce on them.


Sear a pork shoulder in a hot pan then pop into the slow cooker


Add a tin of beans, plus 1 raw onion.



Added a good load of cheese and a tub of coleslaw.



Added a whole bottle of hot salsa.



Add some jalapenos too.



Cut in half and enjoy
