Hi all,

For a guy's online dating profile, is it a good idea to mark "atheist" under the "Faith" section?

My background: I grew up in a Christian family, parents very religious. I just went along with it until end of high school, though I never felt strongly one way or the other on whether I believed it. During college, I gradually became convinced in atheism (not the place to explain in detail, but I think it was my major, biology, that did it...). Since then, I've been an atheist, and agnostic is probably too weak to describe me.

I've noticed almost all women's profiles have Christian marked under "Faith". Some of these Christians have no preference for guys' Faith and make no mention of faith anywhere else in their profile. Others have preferences for guys who are also Christians or mention their faith in the free text parts.

Should I mark my Faith as "agnostic" to be safe, even if it's not most accurate to describe me?

I don't designate any faith,or just put "spiritual,not religious"
I'm sure it is a deal breaker for some,so it's best to accurately describe your feelings for religion if it's asked for.
I'd go for agnostic,it's not as offensive a term,atheist is deemed more offensive nowadays.
