Lunchbox lab has my favorite tots as they are cooked perfectly and the jalapeno ranch is an excellent dipping sauce but even taco time tots dipping in salsa or a nacho cheese from taco bell are > sonic tots.

Tyler, you're in Seattle?

Finn MaCool's a decent bar with rather inconsistent food in the U Dist has tots as an option with all their meals, pretty nice if you like tots.

Was eating lunch at 5 Guys this afternoon. While eating I thought In-N-Out should just copy these fries and call it a day.

Tried the Subway pastrami today. Will not be having it again. Wasn't turrible, but for $8 I can do much better.

Chipotle is #1 favourite mainstream choice

thx for the tips about LL tots. location on the eastside is exciting implications. but LL is not fast food and therefore can't belong in this conversation.

it's been a while since i've had sonic tots so i'm not sure i can do a good comparison against tacotime tots (which are adequate but degrade quickly, like if you do drive thru and take them home). i suppose one could concoct a pretty decent version of sonic's chili cheese tots from items on the tacotime menu.

in beacon hill since 2008, though i recently moved to downtown bellevue (yes, this is as depressing as it sounds).

i've spent an embarrassingly small amount of time in the u district since i moved here (still haven't even had thanh brothers pho ).

That pho is good, but not meaningfully better than any other place on the Ave, and the most humid, crowded uncomfortable atmosphere. I'd go Pho Ty Ty (I think that's the name, it's at least the phonetic...) instead.

i'm doing software stuff in factoria (not t-mobile ). teaching chess was obv fun but i was over living in vegas (and being broke) and had some friends in similar situations so we convened on seattle.

omg we should totally do a Live New Fast Food Discussion/Review Thread Meetup: Seattle!

I used to go mcdonalds for breakfast, but I've been digging potbelly's breakfast sandwich lately, very tasty.

Here is a link and check down on it for the breakfast menu:

http://www.potbelly.com/Food/Menu.aspx

You can get what's on that list plus the regular toppings, so I usually deck out on suasuage, egg, american cheese, bacon, mushrooms, diced onions and hot peppers. Delicious and pretty cheap for that price, runs me $3.80. PB's portions are usually a bit smaller, but for breakfast, that's great for me, pretty filling.

You're better off getting frozen pizza from your local supermarket. Had Little Caesars during college years and that memory is engraved with " danger stay away"

not ff, so sorry for the derail, but the happy hour at the Parlor used to be the nuts. Lived on main in downtown for a few years and loved some of the local spots, but the Parlor had the best quality eats/prices in the area at the time 2008. Quality went downhill right before i moved away (same goes for the hh at Ruths' Chris). Not sure how Daniel's is at the Hyatt now, but that was decent at the time and didn't take the slide the other two had before I moved. I loled at the Tmobile comment, too. Enough derail. Your food options suck, but your location is great.

Someone linked the menu but yeah, it's pretty good, definitely 100x better than Subway. I usually get the sausage egg & cheese with onions and giardiniera, ham/swiss/mushrooms is good too though. You can get any of the lunch toppings you want. And they are cheap at like $3-4. Don't get the squares though, they are a huge rip off.

Big Macs and Quarter Pounders are 2 for $4 here.

For those of you that haven't tried CiCi's pizza yet......DON'T!!!!!!!!

It's 1 of the worst pizza places I've ever seen. The only reason people go there is b/c it's a cheap buffet.

I hate the parlor so much but probably less than i hate Ruths' Chris. But yeah both are probably better than almost anything but a couple of asian places in factoria. Jesus that place sucks for food.

As far as fast food in factoria there isn't anything special there i know about . Just standard mcdonalds/panda/kfc/taco bell/taco time. No Bk, no wendy's no arby's. Best nearby fastfood burger nearby is prob JITB or DQ in eastgate?

I like CiCi's....

The Mac&Cheese pizza was very tasty. The cinnamon rolls were some of the best I've ever had.

Sadly, there is no Cici's within 50 miles of me.

prefaced
For anyone that cares. The fast food options in Factoria: McD's, Burger King, The Target (yep, sucks that bad), Taco Bell/KFC, and Taco Time. The Panda must be newer? If you go to eastgate, hit up lil' Jon's for breakfast. That area sucks for ff.

Edit: in seattle, much good pho to be had....

I always forget about that BK. lolol the target. Panda and some sandwich place went in near jamba juice at the mall sometime in the last year. Oh and there is some ****ty quiznos and a subway there that i forgot about too. So maybe it isn't quite as bad as i thought but yeah, not great.

lil johns is ok but mostly for the biscuits and gravy and oldschool diner feel.

Do it the first weekend in March and I'll drive up from Auburn and tell you non-stop why it doesn't compare to Australian meat pies.
