K,

Sausage biscuit >>>>>> sausage mcmuffin IMO.

Right wtf? Who would choose a flavorless limp muffin over a delicious flaky buttery biscuit?

yeah I agree generally, but you get a piece of cheese with the 1$ Sausage McMuffin. Plus I hadn't had it in a long time and was curious.

Whataburger is my go-to breakfast stop. Whataburger biscuits >>>>>>>> McD's biscuits

All the cfa love in this thread makes me feel guilty about not having been there in months despite having two of them within 5 miles of my house. Always crave it on Sundays... never fails.

Can't imagine living in a cfa-less area.

Have any of you gotten on board the CFA Chik-N-Mini train yet? The honey butter bun bread is unreal good. Just as good or better than any FF bread out there, including CFA's own biscuit.

The larger chicken piece in the sandwich/biscuit/whatev is obv better, but y'all still like CFA nuggets, and these are just nuggets in the GOAT FF bread. Some of you get sandwich+nuggets anyway, for breakfast get biscuit+minis sometime.

The dream is to get an Original CFA sandwich in a large piece of the honey butter bun bread; that'd be incredible amazing.

Bode,

Trade the mcmuffin for a hash brown and you have a great breakfast!

2 hash browns. I put one on the biscuit and a second just cause they're two for 1.49

Hash browns lost their appeal when they went from 2/$1 to 1/$1.

I just polished off two sausage biscuits.

The cheese just doesn't work with the sausage on the mcmuffin for me.

The McGriddle is like 30 times better than the mcmuffin or the biscuit. I don't get McD's breakfast enough to know the price difference though, assuming the mcgriddle is significantly more

It's obviously solid but I'm always disappointed in the portion size. 4 ain't enough.

On the other hand their chicken breakfast burritos are solid AND filling.

Agreed McGriddle is in a class of its own. A truly phenomenal creation.

What is with Burger King's prices? Over 9 bucks for a medium Whopper w/cheese value meal?

Also, went to CfA for the first time in months last night. Classic Chicken deluxe sandwich was awesome as usual. I have to say their cole slaw is the best I've ever had, way better than KFC (which is pretty good in it's own right).

Had Firehouse for the first time today, got the NY Steamer. Very solid, definitely a cut above Subway. If there were one close i would put it in the rotation.

Key is to sub round egg (real egg cooked on the griddle) for the blah folded egg patty thing it comes with by default.

McDonald's Bacon Cheddar McChicken isn't bad. $2 tho.

It's about the size of a McDouble, maybe slightly bigger. Chicken Patty has a small spice to it. Would eat again, 6-7/10 imo

Apparently Taco Bell discontinued lava sauce in some markets months ago; perhaps it's not going away everywhere.

Who knows how accurate this recreation is, but it'd have to be worth trying if the lava sauce disappears entirely. http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/taco...ce-recipe.html
