When I go to fast food players I will usually get 2 burgers opposed to a meal.

To me it seems like burgers aren't that unhealthy, maybe just calories, which I think are easily worked off, whereas fries and pop are bad.

Is this correct thinking?

What is the difference? I looked at the McDonald's nutrition site and it seems to be similar, if not worse to have the burgers.

Grilled chicken sandwich, side salad, diet coke/unsweetened iced tea is where it's at for healthy ff meals.

calories are calories regardless of where they come from.

some foods are more nutritionally dense than others.

certain foods affect your body differently like protein, carbs (even simple vs complex) and fat.

but for total body weight, it is just the total number of calories you are taking in vs expending.

for more help/info, visit the h&f forums. but be careful, they tend to fight with themselves and inadvertently troll others.

Finally got around to getting the cheesy bacon bowl from KFC(or is it now KGC...dont relaly know), any ways I used to work at KFC and the bowls were what i usally had on breaks(obv I got to stack that **** and would add in random **** depending on how I felt), but their 5.49(iirc) price tag is steep imo for what you get, on sale for 3.99 and 4.99 for a drink seems worth it. But when the **** did they get rid of the corn in them, like wtf.

One of the many McDonald's in my area (Chicago) has had the holiday pies all this month. Most won't have the holiday stuff until December, but I guess this particular store is a "test store." These things are the freakin' nuts, seriously. Custard and confetti sprinkles, nom.

I'll do you one better. I drove through the other day looking for a spicy chicken sandwich and there was no number 6 on the menu. 1-5? yup. 7? yup. No number 6.

So I mentioned to the guy: "You moved the spicy chicken sandwich -- it used to be number 6! What's number 6 now?" "Oh, we no have 6 right now. We change menu."

Best fast food breakfast item, hands down. Might be the best fast food sandwich, period. I shouldn't, but I have the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel, hashbrowns (actually tots), and an OJ 2-3 times a week. I feel weird when the drive-thru guy recognizes me. A couple weeks ago, he saw me with my Packers hat on (in Atlanta) and as I started to drive away, he did the title belt move and yelled, "DISCOUNT DOUBLE TAKE!"

People make fun of KFC/America for combining mashed potatoes, fried chicken, gravy, corn, and cheese into a bowl, but it's a tremendous dish. Just last night, I had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and creamed corn at home and combined them in every forkful. Mixing them all in a bowl is a perfect idea.

#6 appears to be the current promo item. It was some weird cheeseburger on the menu here. Boycott imo.

your follow up post is very true. I was combining bites before KFC introduced the bowl. mashed potatoes with corn and gravy is godmode.

A week or so ago I got some Burger King chicken nuggets only to discover that they're no longer shaped like a crown. Somebody has to die.

Why does Wendy's jam oversized burgers in to a small cardboard box now?

Besides that bending one side of my burger, the W is well worth $2.99

Doesn't look so hot, but tasted great

This week will be my last week of fast food for a while. Time to kick off my annual "eat healthier than usual and get in shape. . . until summer" festivities. Next Monday I'm back to organics and relatively healthy food.

Suggestions for the last 2 fast food meals this week? Don't forget: lolCanada, and lolSaskatchewan.
