Jesus this thread is a bizarro world. You guys really hate on Chipotle, calling it bland, while extolling the virtues of dominos, the closest thing to cardboard I've eaten since that time I ate cardboard.

Chipotle is the most bland Mexican food possible. Domino's is pretty horrendous pizza but it at least tastes like some greasy butter cheese sauce bricks. Sometimes that's what'll do the trick, especially at 1 AM and if you don't live in a city with good local pizza

Theres a Dominos like 150 yards from me. I really want to pick up but too high to drive at the moment. I just saw a commercial for large 2 topping for 5.99. I would be so happy to eat a whole one right now.

yeah, a 10 inch 2-item pizza at my great local pizza place would be roughly 10-11 dollars , not 2 for 12 dollars.

2 Domino's 12" medium pies with pepperoni is about $18 all-in after delivery tax and tip

Can get a significantly better 18" pie with pepperoni for $18 from the local spot all-in after tip (free delivery with seamless helps here!).

Using MATH AND NUMBERS the area of the 2 12" pies = 226.02. Area of 1 18" pie = 254.34

Basically domino's is frauding you by selling tiny pizzas as a deal.

For the Mac sauce lovers I'm 3/3 on not getting charged for it by going into the store when it's not busy, placing the order, then asking them if I can sub Mac sauce after I pay. Kind of a scumbag move but it will work.

The local place here would be 22.39 for a 15 inch pepperoni including tax tip and delivery.

Guess my local place has better pizza while yours is chock full of placebo.

Seamless man, delivery is free on everything! Tip is 20% ($3 on $15). Promo codes of 10%-15% occasionally too. Plus I can pick from like 200 restaurants, that pizza place isn't that great (hence the cheap price) but still way better than Domino's.

Anyway mostly meant as a lesson that pizza area scales exponentially, I would say a huge majority of people would take two 12" pies over a single 18" pie not realizing the 18" is actually the better deal.
