Went to Taco Bell and went with the $2 meal deal. I got 2 of those with the beef gordita supreme and instead of Doritos subbed it out for nachos. I can see the quality at TB has gone down from where it used to be 5 years ago and the prices went up. Overall 3/5

I guess if you allow Chipotle and the rest of the burrito gang, you have to include Pita Pit as fast food.

Place is awesome. Get the Chicken Crave if you stop by after a night of drinking

i know pizza hut barely qualifies, but just like to remind everyone it is garbage (at least their pizza is)

there needs to be more streetcarts that sell [seasoning] rice + meat outside of big cities

just go to teryaki joints for chicken curry and spicy chicken etc for fast food/cart pricing/time/atmosphere.

How well known is round table pizza? I should know since i worked at one, but is it popular/exist in the east?

Website lists seven states. All in the west + AK, HI. Decent overall imo.

Can't believe people like the Hershey's Pie, it's just a sugar bomb. It's like there's barely any chocolate, just whipped cream, brown food coloring and a pound of sugar per slice. Nauseatingly sweet, once was enough

Not too bad. I really like the sweet crust.

I really wish they would have sauce on their pizzas. Diced tomato's doesn't do it for me.

They do have sauce. They have the normal pizza sauce, garlic ranch sauce, and they might still have a polynesian sauce that they put on the maui zaui. You might be talking about some specialty pizza im not aware of. I worked ther 7+ years ago. Overall i would saythey have the best pizza as far as pizza chains go. But they are waaaaayyy too expensive imo.

Is pizza exceptable in this thread? I would say its fast food.

Hmm, I thought I had an everything pizza a few times (Like a Pizza Hut Supreme) and it had no sauce but diced tomatos with the toppings and cheese.

I don't remember what a pepperoni pizza was like.

They might have went light on the sauce. Was it delivered or dine-in? A pizza will remain hotter for a longer period with more sauce, so some places (mostly non-franchise restaurants) will add a little extra sauce to deliveries. Im not actually sure how well this is known, but i know it def makes a difference.

As far as best pizza deals go, i would say domino's 3 pizzas for ~$15 is the best deal. I really think their pizza greatly improved since they changed the recipe a couple years back.

I don't think I've ever ordered a McFlurry unless I had a Monopoly game piece for a free one. They're good but I never think to order one for some reason.

I've only tried the BK Hershey Pie once and it was OK I guess. I have never found BK's pie very appealing but that probably just how the local store handles them.

McDonald's holiday pies were quite good, would eat again.

Mcflurrys are good if thats all youre getting but it doesnt complement the rest of the meal very well. nothing goes better with mcdonalds food than a fountain coke, that is a fact.

Didn't know this, the picture always looked like it was made of mostly chocolate flavored whipped cream, which doesn't seem substantial enough to me. Am I close and it's just really good tasting, or is it more like a chocolate cream pie?

(If it's made of something similar to the stuff that comes in the Hostess chocolate pies then I'm probably leaving work to go pick them up right now. Can't get hostess pies in south NJ, just TastyKake stuff that I can find.)

The Rolo McFlurry they had this summer was incredible. The regular ones I think are pretty good, but definitely a step behind a blizzard.

def this. Round Table is easily the best chain pizza. i dont think its very close. but way too expensive. at those prices i usually end up going to a local pizza shop.

Reeses Peanut Butter Cup McFlurry is the only one worth buying. I posted this itt before, but if you ask for extra chunks, there's no charge. Not sure if they actually put an extra scoop in or not, but it's a nice freeroll, at least there's a chance you'll get lucky and they put enough in that the bottom isn't just pure ice cream.

Ugh domino's is pure ****. The recipe change is that they added butter and garlic to the crust. It tastes ok if you're starving and it's hot, but it doesn't compare to any decent pizza place. Hell, there are even a handful of frozen pizzas I would rather eat than dominos.

I would much rather take that 15 bucks and buy a decent pizza from somewhere else. I guess if I had kids or were buying for a whole office or something I could see going for domino's based purely on price.

Re: Hershey Pies

I love them. The filling isn't all that substantial, but it is thicker than whipped cream. What I love about them is the crust. And since they're like 1.29 or 1.49 or something I'm pretty happy with it topping off my meal if I'm inclined to want dessert.

I haven't had a Mcflurry in probably 15 years, but I can't believe people complaining about the extreme sugar of a Hershey Pie are fans of the Mcflurry. McDonald's ice cream is ****ty soft serve that is too sugary and not creamy enough. And then you add candy!

Exactly my point. $15 for 1 pizza from a good pizza place, compared to 3 pizzas from dominos for the same price. For me, i'm getting pot odds to call dominos.
