Yeah, I wholeheartedly mock anyone who seriously says that JJ is worse than Subway. Even if they're being sarcastic it's not acceptable. Subway is to sandwiches what Olive Garden is to Italian food, only way worse.

Funny, those were probably my favorite 2 favorite places to eat growing up.

So having reentered the poker scene, I have been travelling almost non-stop for the past 10 weeks.

Hands down, Chick-Fil-A wins the most consistently good & correct fast food I've ever encountered.

I'm a (relatively) pro Subway person ITT and even for me JJ is miles better.

Again, the pro move at Subway is a flatbread breakfast sandwich - egg and steak is my preferred. The variety of toppings elevates it from LOLNO to NOTBAD. Most common purchase for me:
flatbread steak, egg, cheese
spinach
tomatoes
pickles
banana peppers
honey mustard OR sriracha sauce

That's not a bad sandwich at all.

I had cheese curds from A&W this past week. They were surprisingly good and comparable to the ones they have at Culver's. Are there any other fast food places that have good ones?

The extreme variance of off-peak fast food is maddening. Needed a late meal yesterday at like 9pm. Went to Wendy's. ****ing awful. 4 for 4, burger was bad, fries and nuggets completely inedible - both had obviously been sitting. At least the lemonade was A+ as always.

Just another reminder that if it's not a peak time and I want a burger I really should go to Culvers. Actually if Culvers had Wendy's lemonade it would be the perfect fast food place (for locales with no In n Out or Whataburger or Cookout or Chick-fil-a). Everything always hot and fresh. Always.

Alright this seems a bit polarized so I'm going to have to try out Subway and report back.

Jimmy Johns is a very solid sandwich place which I eat from at least 1-2X/month, there is no way Subway is comparable, but I haven't been to Subway in years.
