I havent read anything but only allowing the download to be useable for like 3 days solves this issue pretty easily

The Netflix website says you can select the quality of the download but that option doesn't seem to be available on my phone. A download of a movie is about 700MB, which is unlikely to be true HD.

I've had Somm: Into the bottle wasting away on my list for months because I guess I didn't think it could possibly be as good as Somm, wrong! This one was more about the wine, and the history of wine than the men trying to become Sommeliers, but it was every bit as good if not better than the original. Must see for fans of Somm, wine, or just good documentaries.

The third season Black Mirror episode, San Junipero, is a big favorite as well as the Christmas episodes.

Pacific Heat if you've been craving an Australian Archer ripoff. They do a slightly different version of the same few jokes over and over but I laugh every time. Good dumb fun.

Even as a previous fan of Reggie Watts and really enjoying his "meta" comedy, I feel like his special was skippable. I don't hate myself for having watched it, but I feel a little regret. Just a warning. If you're not familiar with Reggie Watts, I'd recommend skipping it.

Anyone watch the Netflix show 3%? I think it's a Brazilian show, it's about the poverty people inland and try to get through a process where only 3% of the people pass and are allowed to go Offshore to live. I thought it was pretty damn good, idk if there will be a second season.

Yeah, it was weird even for a Reggie Watts special.

Watch the 4 eps of Hip Hop Evolution and really enjoyed them. Would've liked a few more episodes. Once that last ep finished, I was wondering where the rest were.

Captive is a Netflix original documentary series that debuted a couple days ago. Each episode tells the story of historic hostage situations through interviews, video footage, and reenactments.

Halfway through first episode and enjoying it. Some of the reenacment is cheesy but there's a nice balance in the storytelling. Don't need to watch in any particular order if you find a certain episode that piques your interest.

I watched the German version and always meant to watch the original one. But already loved it in the cinema.

As it was already mentioned by some, Twinsters is a cute concept but I couldn't stand them really (they giggle all day long), so I had to turn it off. Bit of a waste for this crazy case IYAM but the doc also works for many, apparently

Tried out "Black Mirror" last night on a recommendation from this thread. Watched the first 3 episodes.

I thought the first episode was pretty good, intriguing, generated a lot of discussion with the girlfriend.

The 2nd episode was excellent, I loved it.

The 3rd episode was truly phenomenal, really good television.

Looking forward to the rest of the show, I really like how each episode is it's own self contained story, keeps it from being dragged out just to fill air time.

Great recommendation, thanks again.

I thought S01E01 was one of the worst TV episodes I've ever seen (completely implausible and made little sense). However, because all of the positive feedback from this thread I stuck with it and it's been pretty good. S03E01, which I just watched, was phenomenal and I thought said a lot about the society we live in today.

Sorry if it's been posted:

Amanda Knox documentary is great. Obv a very compelling story, and they do a decent job. I knew as little as possible going in, and I will say that the investigator and a couple other Italians look really, really bad. The bravado is very off putting.

Wasn't Netflix supposed to be going bankrupt or lost tons of subscribers or something along those lines a few years ago? Now when I see the menu, there are tons of Netflix orginal series.
