I'm watching Ip Man on netflix Canada, no subtitles, and it's dubbed =/ There's a lot of Mandarin text during a key part of the movie but I don't understand it! Also a fair amount of Japanese (not dubbed). I'm confused at times but you get the overall msg, just wish i could understand word for word =(

I plowed through this in two days.

I was expecting this to be Law and Order: Corporate Scandals, so this far surpassed my expectations. The whole main cast was absolutely outstanding (particularly Ted Danson/foreign guy who plays Ray the Lawyer) and I'm souped to move onto Season 2 this weekend.

So is season 2 of Damages anywhere near as good as season 1? Its hard to imagine with them coming up with anywhere near as an interesting spider web as season1.

I'm a bit over half way through it, definitely not as good as season 1, but decent. I've heard season 3 is great.

Just watched Freaked. It's hard to describe, maybe a cross between Hot Shots! and Dead Alive. Utterly ridiculous and really funny if those are your type of thing.

Damn.. meant to put in a Godfather marahon today but between football and the world series i didn't get around to it.

Anyway some recent box office hits and old classics hitting netfix instant between now and New Years include Alice in Wonderland, Brooklyn's Finest, Casino, LOTR the fellowship... why they never have all 3 on streamng at te same time I will never understand.. The Original version of The Shining, and on 1/1/11 The greatest movie ever made hits instant watch.. Mel Brook's Blazing Saddles.

+1. Thoroughly entertaining. And fwiw I haven't seen "The Dancing Outlaw."

I live in a place fairly similar to the setting of this doc, so I can see most of this on a trip to the local wal-mart, but to most of you I imagine this will be some serious culture shock.
