Wow, didn't realize until today that all 216 episodes are in one Watch Instantly DVD. Really cool to add to your list and check out some random comics here and there without cluttering your queue.

Law Abiding Citizen is a great movie. It helps if you know nothing about it before you start watching. A very good flick if you want to sit back and be entertained for a couple hours.

I liked it a lot w/ one caveat:

Spoiler:
I haaaaaated how GB turned into a totally stereotypical villain by the end of the movie. He started off as one of the most badass movie characters ever. Kind of a letdown for him to be like "NO I'M EVIL NOW THEY ALL HAVE TO DIEEEEEE" at the end.

In other news, I'm liking Weeds a little more getting towards the end of S3, I guess it was just the first half of the season that tilted me.

Spoiler:
I got past that by thinking "I wonder how I would feel if I had spent the last however many years brooding about how my wife and child were raped and murdered in front of me and no real punishment was enforced. I thought of it as eating away at his sanity until he snaps and decides to use his incredible skillset to pretty much own everyone involved.

Whether you admire, despise or are in between on Michael Moore you might want to check out "Michael Moore Hates America", a documentary loosely styled in the fashion of Moore's own "Roger and Me".

It's by no means as mean spirited as the title or IMO most of Moore's own work. I was disapointed that Moore's own work isn't on WI; I really wanted to check out Bowling for Columbine after to see if Moore did as disgraceful a hatchet job on Charlton Heston as was portrayed in the documentary.

While looking for links to reviews I noticed it's also on Hulu, a service I've never tried but hope to look into some day.

Thanks for the info. I'm able to stream a slimmed down version (by slimmed down I mean it's a PITA to surf with a remote compared to a keyboard) of Youtube to my big screen TV via a Network Blu Ray player (also does the Netflix WI, Vudu, media from my main PC, and another movie service). Most players now come with this stuff. Have watched some documentaries and it makes it relatively easy (the ten minute clips are lined up nicely). Other stuff isn't so easy, for instance High Stakes Poker (that may be due to legal wrangling over allowable content).

MAJOR ENDING SPOILERS INSIDE THIS TAG----

Spoiler:
I totally couldn't live with the ending. So he's got the bomb all planted, visual evidence of the people filing in.....and he's just going to leave? No eyes on the bomb? Not hidden any better? And then somehow the heroes manage to pack it up and take it to his prison cell before he even thinks about blowing it up? WTF is going on here? Edit: This is supposed to be the super smart genius guy, and he doesn't even have a camera on the bomb itself? wtf

Both seasons of Chappelle's show are on WI as well as the lost episodes.

Also the Messenger starring Woody Harrelson is up which is a great film.

That basically sums up my issues with the movie. It started off really intelligent and cool, and finished in stereotypical good-vs-evil-movie fashion.

So's "The People vs. Larry Flynt."

(It's on watch instantly, and it's a great film, and it's got Woody in it)

I also noticed that Chappelle's show was on there Saturday, so I got little to nothing done that afternoon.

Kidnapped (tv show) is decent although it only ran for 1 season. Seems like NBC butchered its scheduling/packaging which lead to it being canceled after like half the season, with the rest of the episodes being released online.

I think this is the role that got Jeremy Sisto his spot on Law and Order.

I put Spartacus:Blood and Sand on my instant queue. Review I heard said that it's basically a TV version of 300. The plot is ok, but mostly just an excuse to get from the beheadings and fights to the next sex scene.

The show actually gets much, much better after like the third episode, beyond just the boods and blood. The end of the season is awesome. Don't give up on it unless you don't like it by about the 6th episode. See the thread for the show in OOTV to see the many of us that were converted from not liking it much to huge fans by the end of the season.

Hello Netflix Subscribers!

What do you think of Hulu Plus? Will you sign up for the service?

Here are some of my thoughts on the service vs. Netflix:
