I smoked weed a couple days ago, around 2 hits. Was kinda drunk and didn't even get high. I normally don't smoke. I think the last time I smoked was about a year ago. The joint was super thin, like a few pieces of toilet paper rolled up. I am very active, running/exercising about 5 days a week.

I just found out I need to take a piss test in about 10 days. I plan to run everyday for about 1 hr, drink tons of water/tea, and take take long hot showers to sweat a lot. I think I'm being overly paranoid but I REALLY can't fail this test. Any other advice? Thanks in advance.

Weed will show up on a piss test for up to 1 month, although I managed to pass a test whilst in young offenders by drinking 8 litres of water leading up to the test.

Buy an at home test and test yourself, but only two hits without smoking for a year should be out of your system in 5 days tops. If a couple days in advance of the test you are still failing at home tests, there are two methods to try to pass:

1) Drink a bunch of water before test, but make sure you have taken creatine and Vitamin B so your urine at least passes those two tests (color and creatinine content).

2) Buy quick fix fake urine which is water with the right PH, creatinine content, nitrogen content and color; you just have to make sure it is the right temperature.

If your first post is really true about quantity smoked, you could probably pass a test fine today.

my friend smoked the day before and somehow passed a piss test doing nothing special. it was a condition for getting hired so really didnt care if he failed.

You will almost certainly be fine unless you have a mega fat content which it doesn't seem you do.

just keep exercising and drinking a fair bit in the lead up to the test and make sure you piss <1/2 hr before the piss test.

If you have obviously diluted piss the worst they can do is ask you to re take the test I believe, but I guess that depends on where / why you're being tested.

if he has only smoked once in the past year, he should be okay. still, i would take the necessary measures to dilute your sample.

If you are going to dilute, at least test first to make sure you aren't clean without. If you do decide to do it, please take creatine and vitamin B, gives you a much better chance of not having to retake test.

if you are that paranoid tho, there are plenty of things you can take that will get you a pass on the test. Just search the web. Typically you drink it the night before, piss in the morning, then your next piss is the test. I had a roommate who was a fat bastard and a mega pothead and he routinely passed drug tests at his job with these kinda products.

Thanks guys. The problem is this is for a teaching job in a foreign country (japan), so I don't know where I would have access to things like vitamin b and creatine, not to mention a testing kit. What are some natural things that have lots of vitamin b in them? Also, is the whole point of diluting your piss so that they would need to have you come back and retake the test, therefore buying you more time?

VALE. seriously, go to your local headshop, or even just order it online express shipping. I smoked weed while on probation, and never had any problems. It's a drink you take about an hour before your test, it "veils" the adulterants in your urine for 4-5 hours. I was skeptical and nervous at first, but it seriously works, even if it tastes like total ass.

I had to research this topic for a couple of friends who freaked out over the same situation.

Dilution should work well enough for you. Typically, tests (even hair tests) depend on you passing a threshold value, and I doubt two hits will surpass that threshold... especially if you drink a bunch of water beforehand.

Would be different if you were a chronic smoker.

Both friends passed with no problems. Don't sweat it.

Nothing can detox you. You can't make the stuff go away. All you can do is pound a vitamin and creatine drink with a lot of water and dilute. Or you can find some clean pee or get synthetic and substitute. Look on the back of some of these bottles and they will list B vitamins, creatine, and probably vitamin C and some others.

Edit: OP is probably peeing clean anyways but this is for those who won't be.

If everything in your OP is true, you should be 99% fine. If you want to be 99.999% fine, make sure that when you take the test its not your first or second piss of the day, and drink say 16-20oz. of water 120-90 minutes before the test. don't drink much more water than that before the test or else it will show up diluted. your risk of failure is too low to try advanced technique to beat the test imo.

Don't listen to Hip, drugs are awesome.

1. Chug a ****load of water in the 4-5 days leading up to the test.
2. Make sure it's your 3rd piss of the day when you go in for the test.
3. Catch your piss midstream, the initial second or 2 of a piss stream is the dirtiest.
4. Pass test.

I've passed tests is as little as 9 days following this procedure, and I smoke alot of weed. I'm also fairly skinny though, and stay pretty active.

Ten days is plenty of time for weed to get out of your system if you are a light smoker. You should be fine. No reason to worry.
