And since we're talking about people aren't eligible, let's get to the most controversial part:

This is a list of the last year's competitors. Barring some crazy extenuating circumstance they will not be allowed in this year's Ms OOT Contest. It's a real bummer for Jennifer Lawrence who would have had serious equity this year, but that's what happens. ScarJo managed to overcome that hurdle and win a few years later on a future iteration so it's not a death sentence.

This thread is for recommendations and, while pictures are not required, they really are. I'm not going to do your research for you if you think someone is hot. Also, the more recent the pictures, the better for your cause. I'm not letting you push through some ex-hottie on 1997 pictures.

Also, remember the voting rules will be registered before October of this year, at least 100 total posts, and at least 10 posts in OOT (OOTV doesn't count) so if you're new here and want to participate, you better get to contributing!

Recommendations will be open through the end of November and then we'll have voting rounds on the non-Christmas/non-New Years days in December which should let us get a new champion by the end of the year.

* - We may do a mid-2014 Ms OOT Elite 8 for of all of the previous winners. I think this should lead to an enjoyable time had by all.

yeah I don't rly get the rule against repeat contestants. J-Law, TayTay, Anna K, Zooey etc. are all still super relevant.

The idea is keeping fresh blood in the contest. It's a lot less fun debating 20 of the same 32 people every year, imo. Especially given that 2 of those 4 couldn't even make it out of the group stages last year, and Anna Kendrick hasn't done much of consequence in 2013.

I'm also of the mind that it's not that difficult to find 32 attractive women to put in a contest together.

Melanie Iglesias' coconut implants killed her a couple of years ago and won't do her any favours again this year.

I expect Ratajkowski to make the final four, the only real problem is she's got some serious trout lips going on in some of her photos. Not sure if those are lip implants or just exaggerated by makeup. Either way I think she's redic hot and I like her chances. She's also has a role in Fincher's Gone Girl which raises her profile beyond simply model. Also she has a ton of nudes out there and has incredible breasts for someone with such a tiny frame.

Love Lizzy Caplan as well but she's polarizing and looks better in motion than in photos. I second the nomination but getting out the the first round would be a victory.
