I see the argument against but everyone already carries their idiot phone around with them to be tracked. If "they" ever wanted to force people to get chipped it would be pretty easy. Release an airborne virus, or even create a hoax, and make it part of a vaccine program.

I'm not hot on volunteering with the current listed incentives. My company doesn't even have good snacks to buy.

There are exceptions but they are getting fewer and further between. I am sure whatever purpose someone would have to track you is probably represented in the data they get from when you do have it. They'll never be able to chip everybody either. The practical purpose of being able to track all individuals seems romanticized anyway at this point.

As far as the biblical implications, I am firmly in the lol religion camp but am curious why the implant is the line in the sand. Don't credit cards/debit cards or even the fact that it's nearly impossible to get paid without a picture ID and bank account already fit that if not quite as literal?

you can already be tracked to near perfect precision through your phone much easier than through the chip which has extremely limited range

not having a phone on you 100% of the time doesn't mean a thing either - whoever is tracking you will be looking for patterns and not what you were doing on some specific date

The ultimate goal of the "illuminated" elites is a one world government with a micro-chipped population so they can track and tax every single economic trade and preemptively crush any political dissent.

My 2+2 persona is meant to be ironic as I am a hipster douche, but I'm not wrong about the elites ultimate goal. I meant literally. And yes, those numbers and/or a name will be associated with them somehow. Possibly in coding software or something but it will be there.
