It does go well with a lot of things. I'd probably choose lemon as a close second. Lemon pairs nicer with fish IMO

Seriously though garlic is the GOAT flavour of all time with chilli as a very close second.
If we are purely talking fruit then I think lemon would win as it is more versatile.
