I bet siracha mayo would be good on a pork chop sandwich.

Proper uses for mayo:

1) light coat on the bread of a chicken sandwich or BLT

END OF LIST!

I'm not easily spooked, but mayo on a hotdog? No thanks, I don't want you to drain your ball bag onto my ground up lips, *******s, and hooves.

Jesus, no. Use sour cream.

Mayo with some smashed up roasted garlic and a little dijon mustard mixed in makes an excellent spread for brisket sandwiches.
07-10-2017 , 11:46 AM
All of the above may very well be true, but for the love of God can we keep it off hot dogs and french fries?

had some mayo in my burrito this morning. dont recomend

Mayo is legit also for artichokes.

Hot dogs require bacon, onions, mustard, chili, and/or cheese. Relish is barely acceptable. Mayo never, not within the confines of USA#1.

LOLeuros can do what they want, but beef in Europa does never tastes quite right anyway.

Fries with garlic mayo is good tho
07-10-2017 , 01:29 PM
Garlic improves almost everything but we are going to have to agree to disagree about this one, Larry. Unless of course you're an LOLEuro in disguise!

Howard,

That might be the lack of steroids. Or it's secretly horse.

One of those two.

I have never in my life had mayo on a hot dog--to my knowledge. And there is a pretty damned good reason for that.

However, I am open to trying it if it is included in some exotic concoction of toppings.

And I am about to have a healthy portion of mayo on a couple of bacon and tomato sandwiches in just a few minutes. mmm good!

I went to college where Larry now lives. There was a roast beef sandwich place nearby that was so ridiculously good that I claimed they put very small amounts of cocaine in their sandwiches.

So you may be right about he horse point!

Tom,

Mayo obv required for a BLT.

Mayo haters - opinion on that?

Absotively. I'll put it on a 'loney sammich, especially with onions mixed in. But not on hot dogs or french fries.

Maybe Larry can do a TR if they're still open for business!

Mayo is necessary for tartar sauce. Tartar sauce is amazing on fried food.

Riley's roast beef out in revere or nahant or somewhere north and east of Boston. I'm pretty sure they're still in business.

Hell yes. I always get weird looks when I tell people tartar sauce is great on fries but then they try it and are fully on board.

It's the gateway drug of egg emulsion based sauces.
07-10-2017 , 04:38 PM
Mia,

Mix a little ketchup with that tartar sauce to take it to the next level!
07-10-2017 , 04:53 PM
Guys, just put some ketchup on your fries and let it go at that. Please.
